Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides an adaptive adjustment offshore wind power sub-synchronous oscillation suppression system and method. The system is used for suppressing sub-synchronous oscillation through a super capacitor attached to an outlet bus of an offshore wind plant and a super capacitor control system and a damping control loop which are attached to the super capacitor. The damping control loop isused for outputting a control signal to the super capacitor control system, and the super capacitor control system adjusts the super capacitor through the control signal. The damping control loop comprises a dynamic signal extraction module, a pre-signal processing module, a filtering module, a proportional phase shift amplification module and a self-adaptive adjustment module. The self-adaptiveadjustment module is used for carrying out self-adaptive adjustment on parameters of the pre-signal processing module, the filtering module and the proportional phase shift amplification module.
