The CA authentication center authenticates the time source, the time service equipment, the transmission channel and the timestamp server, and the time service equipment andthe timestamp server apply for an equipment identity digital certificate from the CA authentication center; the CA certification center makes digital certificates of the time service equipment and thetimestamp server after confirming that no error exists; and the digital certificate is stored into a third-party database. A time source, a time service device and a timestamp server are sequentiallyconnected through a transmission channel, and a database is connected with the corresponding timestamp server and receives and stores data files with timestamps sent by the timestamp server.
