The high-pressure-difference pressure reduction regulating valve comprises a valve deck, a valve element rod assembly, a packing pressing plate, a valve body and a flange, wherein the valve body and the flange are connected. A valve cage is arranged in an inner cavity of the valve body and communicates with aninlet and an outlet of the valve body. The valve element rod assembly comprises a valve rod and a valve element body which are connected. The valve element body end of the valve element rod assembly is arranged in the valve cage. The valve deck is connected to the periphery of the valve rod in a sleeving manner and connected with the valve body. The packing pressing plate is connected to the periphery of the valve rod in a sleeving manner and connected with the valve deck.
