The particle size of a yellow carbon quantum dot fluorescent material is in a range of 3-6 nm. Theyellow carbon quantum dot can emit bright yellow fluorescence under the excitation of light with a wavelength of 320 nm-550 nm, and fluorescence quantum efficiency can reach 38% at most. According tothe preparation method, 2,4,6-trihydroxybenzoic acid is used as a carbon source, m-phenylenediamine is used as a nitrogen source, and tin salt is used as a catalyst, so the synthesis time for synthesizing the yellow carbon quantum dot is greatly shortened, and the absolute fluorescence quantum efficiency of the synthesized yellow carbon quantum dot is high.
