Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an AlN ceramic powder preparation method based on 3D printing molding. The method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing raw material powder, a solvent and an additive to prepare raw material ink with high solid content; (2) printing the raw material ink into a raw material blank with a regular three-dimensional through hole structure by adopting a 3D printing molding process, and drying the raw material blank; (3) putting the raw material blank into a reaction device with airflow control and anti-pollution functions in a high-temperature graphite sintering furnace,and carrying out high-temperature synthesis in a controlled reaction environment; and (4) finally, carrying out ball-milling process treatment to obtain the high-purity AlN ceramic powder.
