Zusammenfassung: | The present invention is for the behavioral analysis of an active material in a state in which a battery is actually operating, in order to confirm the performance of a battery active material, and particularly, the objective of the present invention is to provide a battery measurement apparatus using X-rays for measuring a battery by allowing X-rays to be transmitted through the battery.
