On-line furnace temperature control system and control method for heating furnace

The invention discloses an on-line furnace temperature control system for a heating furnace. The system comprises fixed temperature acquisition devices, movable temperature acquisition devices, a controller and regulating valves mounted on heating elements. The fixed temperature acquisition devices are uniformly distributed on the furnace wall of the inner side of a heating furnace body and are used for acquiring the furnace temperature of corresponding positions in a hearth. The movable temperature acquisition devices and workpieces in the heating furnace move together, and the movable temperature acquisition devices are used for acquiring the temperature of the workpieces. The fixed temperature acquisition devices and the movable temperature acquisition devices are in communication connection with the input end of the controller and send acquired temperature data to the controller.
