Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a rotational molding formula of a heat preservation outer protection pipe elbow. The rotational molding formula comprises, by mass, 100 parts of rotational molding PE raw materials, 1.5 parts of carbon black, 0.15 part of titanium dioxide, 0.2 part of an anti-ultraviolet agent and 0.2-1.2 parts of dicumyl peroxide. The rotational molding PE raw material is polyethylene plastic powder with 80 meshes or more. The invention further provides a rotational molding process of the heat preservation outer protective pipe elbow. By improving the raw material formula of rotationalmolding, the rotational molding process is applied to machining and manufacturing of the heat preservation outer protective pipe elbow for the first time, the high-tensile and high-strength pipe fitting elbow can be manufactured through the rotational molding process, and compared with an existing manufacturing process of the heat preservation outer protective pipe elbow, the production process procedure is simplified, th |
