Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses MBBR filler for advanced treatment of COD-poor wastewater and a preparation method thereof. The MBBR filler is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 85-95 parts of a base material, 2-6 parts of a slow-release carbon source material, 1-3 parts of a carbon source enrichment material, 1-3 parts of a flexibilizer, 0.1-4 parts of a biological enzyme activator, 1-3 parts of an inorganic structural material, 0.2-1 part of a biological surfactant, 1-2 parts of dichloromethane and 0.1-1 part of paraffin. The preparation method comprises the following preparation steps of: step 1, weighing and mixing at high temperature; step 2, extruding and granulating; and step 3, carrying out extrusion molding. The MBBR filler prepared in the invention has the advantages of fast biofilm culturing speed, difficult shedding and high treatment efficiency, and is suitable for treatment of COD-poor organic wastewater.
