Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses carboxytetramethylrhodamine-modified kidney-clearance-type silver nanoparticles as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The super-stable silver nanoparticles (TG-AgNPs) prepared by the method are synthesized on kidney-clearance-type silver nanoparticles (GS-AgNPs) synthesized by taking existing glutathione as a ligand, and the synthesized TG-AgNPs are highin synthesis yield, relatively uniform in morphology, excellent in stability and good in biocompatibility; and meanwhile, the preparation method is simple and convenient, the source of raw materials is wide, and the raw materials have processibility. The TG-AgNPs are always in a highly dispersed state no matter the particles are in water or a PBS buffer solution, and the research on the stabilityof the TG-AgNPs in a pH value range of 3-11 shows that the TG-AgNPs have excellent stability in an in-vitro environment.
