Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a method for guaranteeing the quality of edible rice bran. The method comprises the following steps: 1) feeding raw material rice bran into a rice mill for rolling, removing part of rice husks, silt, gravels and broken rice through a winnowing machine after the raw material rice bran comes out of the rice mill, controlling the ash content to be lower than 8%, controlling thecoarse fiber content to be 20%-30%, and dividing the raw material into a first grade, a second grade and a third grade according to the content of cadmium, lead, coarse fiber, ash and aflatoxin B1 inthe raw material; 2) removing impurities, then enabling the raw material to pass through a 20-50-mesh screen, and cooling the raw material to be at subzero10 DEG C-10 DEG C through a disc refrigerator; and 3) spraying composite cellulose enzymatic hydrolysate onto the surface of the cooled rice bran, spraying the enzymatic hydrolysate according to the mass fraction of 4%-8% of the rice bran raw material, and performing en
