Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a safe, low-toxicity and high-efficiency sterilization method for plant explants. The method comprises the following steps of 1, removing unused parts of picked explants, and cleaning; 2, operating on an ultra-clean workbench, soaking the explants in an alcoholic solution with the mass concentration of 70-75% for 10-30 seconds, and carrying out primary sterilization; 3, carrying out secondary sterilization on the explants by using a disinfectant consisting of chlorobromoisocyanuric acid and carbendazim; and 4, cleaning the explants by using sterile water. According to the method, chlorobromoisocyanuric acid and carbendazim are used for sterilizing the plant explants, so that the method has a good sterilization effect, and is low in toxicity and environment-friendly.
