The method comprises the following steps of 1, removing unused parts of picked explants, and cleaning; 2, operating on an ultra-clean workbench, soaking the explants in an alcoholic solution with the mass concentration of 70-75% for 10-30 seconds, and carrying out primary sterilization; 3, carrying out secondary sterilization on the explants by using a disinfectant consisting of chlorobromoisocyanuric acid and carbendazim; and 4, cleaning the explants by using sterile water.
