Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a heat dissipation structure of an air conditioner and the air conditioner with the heat dissipation structure of the air conditioner. The heat dissipation structure of the airconditioner comprises a condenser, an evaporator and a first water receiving piece. The evaporator is arranged above the condenser. The first water receiving piece is arranged below the evaporator and above the condenser, a water dripping hole is formed in the first water receiving piece, and the water dripping hole is formed right above the condenser. In the working process of the refrigeratingsystem, condensed water can be condensed from a shell of the evaporator and drips into the first water receiving piece. The first water receiving piece collects the dripping condensed water and enables the condensate water to drip downwards into the condenser in the dripping hole to cool the condenser, the condensation efficiency of the condenser is improved, and the refrigeration effect of the air conditioner is improved.
