Parts of first and second joints (81, 82) projecting from manifold blocks both have a long cylindrical shape. When the first and second joints are seen from an axial direction, the short direction ofthe first and second joints coincides with the juxtaposing direction of the manifold blocks. A part of a tube insertion hole (97) is a long hole-like small-diameter hole (98). When the first and second joints are seen from the axial direction, the short direction of the small-diameter hole aligns with the short direction of the first and second joints. 第一接头(81)及第二接头(82)中的从歧管块突出的部分分别为长筒状。此外，从轴线方向观察第一接头及第二接头时，第一接头及第二接头的短边方向与歧管块的并列设置方向一致。管插入孔(97)的一部分为长孔状的小径孔(98)。从轴线方向观察第一接头及第二接头时，小径孔的短边方向与第一接头及第二接头的短边方向一致。
