The invention discloses an aero-engine supporting casing air tightness detection clamp and a detection method. The detection clamp is mainly composed of a lower end face sealing assembly, an upper endface sealing assembly, a supporting plate air inlet assembly, a pressing shouldered long bolt and an adapter tube sealing assembly. During airtightness detection, sealing detection of an S cavity andthe inner cavity of an adapter tube is achieved through the sealing of the lower end face sealing assembly, the upper end face sealing assembly, the pressing shouldered long bolt and the adapter tubesealing assembly, and then airtightness of the inner cavities of support plates is detected through ventilating the support plates one by one. Through ingenious design of the tightness clamp and arrangement of the detection sequence, air tightness detection of an aero-engine supporting casing is achieved, it is guaranteed that the air tightness of all weld joints is detected, the detection efficiency is improved, and misse
