The powder feeding device comprises one or more powder bins, wherein a powder conveying device is connected to the powder bins, a hopper is connected to the powder conveying device, a first air inlet is formed in the lower end of the hopper, an air compressor is connected to the outside of the first air inlet, and an isolation and ventilation deviceis fixedly arranged in the hopper. The isolation and ventilation device is located between the first air inlet and a powder outlet, a first reciprocating type compression mechanism and a second reciprocating type compression mechanism are also connected to the hopper, a sealing plate is jointly connected to the same ends of the first reciprocating type compression mechanism and the second reciprocating type compression mechanism, and a distribution valve assembly is movably connected to the other end of the sealing plate.
