Zusammenfassung: | The microfluidic apparatus comprises: a substrate including oppositely disposed first and second sides; a chamber extending into the substrate from the first side toward the second side to a base, thechamber including protruding elements forming a wall of the chamber; and, a main channel extending along at least a portion of the wall of the chamber along the base of the chamber. The microfludic apparatus can be used together with computerized devices, wherein the computerized devicesbring microscopy and electrochemistry tests to the field, for on-site testing with instant results, for example, in real time. Two channels comprise an imaging (optical or microscopic) channel and a signal channel. The invention discloses the microfludic apparatus used together with the microscopic channel optical device.
