Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a preparation method of a vulcanized regenerated hydrogenation catalyst. The method comprises the following steps: wetting the carbon deposit-deactivated hydrogenation catalystwith an oxygen-containing organic solvent, carrying out mild sulfur-burning and carbon-burning treatment, conducting cooling, carrying out vacuum impregnation with a water-soluble sulfur-containing composite solution, and carrying out heat treatment to obtain the vulcanized regenerated hydrogenation catalyst. According to the method, a sulfur and carbon burning temperature in the regeneration process of the carbon deposit-deactivated hydrogenation catalyst can be effectively reduced, the agglomeration of active metals is inhibited, and the strong interaction force between active metals and acarrier is weakened; and meanwhile, the active metals are re-dispersed and vulcanized in one step, so the vulcanized regenerated hydrogenation catalyst with higher activity recovery degree is obtained.
