The preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, roasting a precursor ofaluminum oxide; step 2, impregnating the aluminum oxide obtained by roasting in the step 1 with a first impregnation liquid to finish modification, and then drying and roasting; 3, adding the modifiedaluminum oxide obtained in the step 2 into a second solution for ion exchange, and then washing, drying and roasting to obtain the olefin isomerization catalyst, wherein the first impregnation liquidcomprises a main group element precursor, and the second solution comprises a transition metal precursor.
