Zusammenfassung:Provided is a display method for a construction machine that assists in the determination of a time for maintenance by a user. This method involves the execution: a step for detecting the state of a subject to be inspected in a construction machine (100); a step for determining, on the basis of the detection result, a cumulative operation time for said subject or a diagnosis result from a diagnosis unit (223) that diagnoses a predictor of a malfunction of the subject; a step for determining a maintenance cost associated with the cumulative operation time or the diagnosis result; and a step fordisplaying the determined maintenance cost. 本发明涉及支持用户决定维护时间的施工机械的显示方法及施工机械的支持装置。本发明的施工机械的显示方法执行：检测施工机械(100)的检查对象物的状态的步骤；根据检测结果来求出检查对象物的累积运转时间或对检查对象物的故障征兆进行诊断的诊断部(223)的诊断结果的步骤；求出与累积运转时间或诊断结果相关联的维护价格的步骤；及显示所求出的维护价格的步骤。
