The method comprises the steps: obtaining disease information edited in content editing controls on a target page and a target name of a disease; calling at least one target rule comprising each disease information from a pre-established rule base according to thetarget name, the rule base comprising rules corresponding to various disease names, and each disease name comprising at least one rule; and calling a recommended treatment scheme and an intercepted treatment scheme corresponding to each target rule, and determining a target recommended treatment scheme and an intercepted treatment scheme corresponding to the target recommended treatment scheme from all the recommended treatment schemes according to a preset scheme determination rule.
