The method includes: outputting a first control signal including a plurality of stages; controlling the driving circuit to generate different equivalent voltages through the first control signals of all the stages in sequence, so that an equipment starting component in the driving circuit drives target equipment to be started when the equivalent voltages are matched with the target equipment; and in response to detecting that the target device is turnedon, turning off the first control signal. According to the embodiment, the target equipment can be automatically started under the condition that a user does not know the driving voltage, the drivingtype, the equipment model and other related information of the target equipment, automatic adaptation of the driving voltage and intelligent starting of the equipment are achieved, and the equipment starting convenience is imp
