High-impact polypropylene material and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a high-impact polypropylene material and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the field of high polymer materials. The high-impact-resistance polypropylene material provided by the invention is composed of the following preparation raw materials in parts by mass: 99 to 99.85 parts of polypropylene powder, 0.05 to 0.3 part of a main antioxidant 1010, 0.05 to 0.2 part of an auxiliary antioxidant 168 and 0.05 to 0.5 part of a nucleating agent. According to the invention, the nucleating agent mica hydrate is used to be mixed with the antioxidant and the polypropylene powder, the mixture is extruded by an extruder to obtain the high-impact polypropylene material, and the rigidity of the product is improved by adding the mica hydrate under the condition that theimpact property of the product is not reduced; the high impact resistance, toughness and dimensional stability of the high-impact-resistance polypropylene material disclosed by the invention are remarkably improved, and the a
