Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a preparation method of a hollow spherical N-P co-doped vanadium selenide nano electrocatalyst. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) A, dissolving sodium vanadate in deionized water to obtain a solution a, and B, dissolving selenium powder in hydrazine hydrate, and uniformly stirring for 0.5-1.5 h to obtain a solution b, 2) mixing the solution a and the solution b, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution c, (3) carrying out high-pressure hydrothermal reaction on the mixed solution c at the temperature of 180-220 DEG C for 6-24 hours, centrifuging after reaction, taking lower-layer precipitates, alternately washing with water and ethanol, and carrying out vacuum drying to obtain VSe2, 4) placing VSe2 in a middle temperature control area of a tubular furnace, and keeping the temperature at 550 DEG C for 2-2.5 h to obtain N-VSe2, and 5) weighing sodium hypophosphite and N-VSe2, sequentially placing sodium hypophosphite and N-VSe2 on theupstream side and the do
