In view of problems in the existing ovoflavin pathogen deactivation methods, a technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the ovoflavin photochemical deactivation method for the pathogens in the biological liquid sample comprises the steps of adding ovoflavin into the biological liquid sample and irradiating the biological liquid sample with light, wherein the light is narrow-spectrum ultravioletlight in the wavelength range of 360nm-370nm and/or 390nm-400nm.
