The apparatus includes at least one source driver and a display panel having a display area and a non-display area, in which the display area includes a first array of transistors and the non-display area includes a second array of transistors. The at least one source driver is coupled to a first side of the display area and is configured to drive the first array of transistors. The second array of transistors are coupled to a second side of the display area of the display panel and is configured to perform a first pre-charge operation on a plurality of odd-number channels of the display panel and perform a second pre-charge operation on a plurality of even-numbered channels of the display panel through the second side of thedisplay area.
