Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a power transmission line distance measurement method, device and system based on ground fixed-point laser radar scanning and electronic equipment. The method comprises the steps: acquiring point cloud data of a power transmission line; preprocessing the point cloud data; constructing a point cloud three-dimensional model according to the preprocessed point cloud data; acquiring two to-be-measured points input into the point cloud three-dimensional model; and calculating the distance between the two points to be measured. On the basis of a point cloud measurement mode,modeling can be carried out on the point cloud of a conical surface scanned by a power transmission line at a time, the target safety distance is directly judged in a three-dimensional space or the system automatically calculates and gives an alarm, and the operation efficiency and the convenience degree are greatly improved.
