Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for expressing protein in eukaryotic cytoplasm by using a double-plasmid system of K1E phage RNA polymerase and a promoter. The method comprises the following steps: constructing an NP868R cap-shaped enzyme fragment to a vector containing a K1E RNA polymerase expression sequence to obtain a recombinant vector A; constructing a cDNA sequence of the target protein toa vector containing a K1E promoter to obtain a recombinant vector B; and transfecting the recombinant vector A and the recombinant vector B into a host eukaryotic cell for expression to obtain the target protein. According to the method provided by the invention, the protein which is difficult to express by a traditional protein exogenous expression method can be expressed, and development of specific antiviral drugs and effective vaccines for preventing virus infection are facilitated.
