Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for separating acyclovir and sodium acetate from mother liquor, which comprises the following steps: S1, conducting pretreatment: concentrating the mother liquor underreduced pressure to 18-26Be at the temperature of 80 DEG C or below, conducting cooling, adding sodium hydroxide, and regulating the pH value to 9-14; S2, separating sodium acetate, namely cooling, crystallizing and spin-filtering the mother liquor treated in the step S1 for multiple times, separating out sodium acetate trihydrate under an alkaline condition, and controlling the crystallization temperature at a desalting end point to be 18-24 DEG C; and S3, separating acyclovir, namely adjusting the pH value of the filtrate desalted in the step S2 to 3-7, conducting cooling to 0-10 DEG C, conducting crystallizing, and carrying out centrifugal filtration to separate acyclovir.
