Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a multifunctional cruise ship rescue device which comprises a fusiform main body, a solar assembly and a power assembly are arranged at the two tip ends of the main body respectively, an air bag assembly is arranged in the middle of the main body, and the main body further comprises an energy storage assembly and a connecting and fixing assembly arranged at one end of the solar assembly and used for being fixed to a cruise ship. The solar assembly is connected with the energy storage assembly, the power assembly and the air bag assembly are both electrically connected with the energy storage assembly, and the solar assembly comprises a plurality of solar panels, a photoelectric sensor and a steering controller used for controlling the solar panels to be turned over.The plurality of solar panels is folded around the main body through the photoelectric sensors and the steering controller to store energy.
