Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a multi-channel micro-fluidic chip structure, which is arranged in a PCR instrument, is in contact with a heating part in the PCR instrument, and comprises a bottom sealing film, and a multi-channel micro-fluidic chip body arranged on the upper end face of the bottom sealing film, a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet are formed in the surface, back on to the bottom sealing film, of the multi-channel micro-fluidic chip body, and at least two channels are formed in the surface, facing the bottom sealing film, of the multi-channel micro-fluidic chip body at intervals; and openings of the at least two flow channels face the bottom sealing film, wherein the bottom sealing film covers the openings of the at least two flow channels to form at least two corresponding independent reaction chambers, and each independent reaction chamber is in contact with the heating part through the bottom sealing film.
