Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a method for efficiently removing VOC generated in spice production, and belongs to the technical field of waste gas treatment. The waste gas treatment method comprises the following steps of: (1) producing micro-nano bubbles by utilizing a micro-nano bubble generation device; (2) introducing the micro-nano bubbles in the step (1) into alkaline electrolyzed water; wherein the pH value of the alkaline electrolyzed water is 12-13.5; and (3) treating the VOC compound in the spice by using the product obtained in the step (2). The treatment method provided by the invention not only can quickly and efficiently remove the VOC generated in spice production, but also can achieve a removal rate of 70% or above for the VOC with complex components in the spice. 本发明提供了一种高效去除香料生产中产生的VOC化合物的方法,属于废气处理技术领域。本发明的废气处理方法包括以下步骤:(1)利用微纳米气泡发生装置生产出微纳米气泡;(2)将步骤(1)的微纳米气泡通入碱性电解水中;所述碱性电解水的pH值为12~13.5(3)将步骤(2)所得物用于处理香料中的VOC化合物。本发明提供的处理方法不仅能快速高效去除香料生产中产生的VOC化合物,且对香料中复杂组成成分的VOC化合物的去除率可高达70%以上。
