A plugboard training device comprises a supporting base, a plurality of supplementary plugboards, a plurality of training inserting rods and a plurality of connecting inserting rods used for installing the supplementary plugboards on the supporting base, a basic plugboard is fixedly installed at the top of the supporting base, connecting slots matched with the connecting insertion rods are formedin the basic plugboard, and connecting jacks matched with the connecting inserting rods are formed in the supplementing plugboard; and the basic plugboard and the supplementing plugboard are respectively provided with a plurality of training slots or training jacks which are convenient for the insertion of the training inserting rods. The device is reasonable in design, simple, practical, diversified in function and convenient to operate, different upper limb finger pinching force trainings and different degrees of upper limb coordination trainings can be conveniently conducted on the same user, the device can be used
