The invention provides a device for mounting and/or dismounting a toothbrush head and a toothbrush kit. The device for mounting the toothbrush head comprises a lower shell and an upper shell which arepivotally mounted together, and an inner liner component set in the lower case; a toothbrush head mounting cavity is formed in the lining component, a step portion for supporting the edge portion ofa toothbrush head body is formed on the inner wall of the lining component, and a protruding pressing portion capable of applying acting force to a toothbrush head mounting portion of a toothbrush handle is formed at the position, corresponding to the toothbrush head mounting cavity, of the surface, facing the lining component, of the upper shell. A toothbrush head detaching cavity can be furtherformed in the lining component, a step part for supporting the toothbrush handle is formed on the inner wall of the toothbrush head detaching cavity, and a protruding pushing and pressing column capable of applying acting force
