Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of renewable energy sources and bioengineering, and relates to a microwave-assisted method for producing a high-protein feed from corn fermented mash. Themethod comprises the following steps of step 1, carrying out microwave treatment on corn fermented mash; step 2, contacting the material obtained by microwave treatment with saccharifying enzyme, cellulase and hemicellulase to perform enzymolysis on the corn fermented mash to obtain an enzymolysis product; and step 3, inoculating the enzymolysis product with a fermentation strain to carry out aerobic fermentation, carrying out solid-liquid separation on the obtained fermentation liquid after the fermentation is finished, and drying the obtained solid phase to obtain the high-protein feed. According to the method, the corn fermented mash is pretreated by using a microwave method, stubborn cellulose and hemicellulose structures in the waste mash are opened, the enzymolysis efficiency is improved, then the single-cel
