Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a preparation method for dual-protein-fermented milk. The method comprises the steps: preparing of a full-hen's-egg enzymolysis solution: shelling fully cooked hen's eggs, placing the shelled hen's eggs and water in a stirrer, carrying out uniform stirring and filtering, adding neutral protease, carrying out enzymolysis, and carrying out boiled deactivation, so as to obtain the full-hen's-egg enzymolysis solution; and uniformly mixing soybean milk, milk and the full-hen's-egg enzymolysis solution so as to obtain a fermented dual-protein stock solution, adding saccharose and adjuvants into the fermented dual-protein stock solution, and carrying out inoculation and fermentation, thereby preparing the dual-protein-fermented milk.
