The binding post comprises a wire sheet, a wire pressing block, a fixed seat and a wire pressing block pushing part, the wire sheet is fixed in the fixed seat,and the wire sheet comprises a first pressing surface; the wire pressing block is arranged in the fixed seat and is provided with a second pressing surface which is distributed opposite to the first pressing surface; the fixed seat is provided with a wire inlet for a first cable to extend between the first pressing surface and the second pressing surface; and the wire pressing block pushing part is connected with the wire pressing block and controls the second pressing surface to move linearly so as to adjust the distance between the first pressing surface and the second pressing surface. According to the binding post provided by the invention, the problem that the first cable is scattered due to spinning during installation is solved, and meanwhile, rapid installation of the first cable is also realized.
