The scheduling method comprises the steps that a rail network in the complex rail transmission system is representedby an undirected graph and modeled; adding a newly initiated transmission task into the task list when the transmission task is newly initiated; allocating transmission bodies to all tasks in the task list; judging the task and the transmission body; performing security judgment on the task and the transmission body; obtaining a scheduling path of the corresponding task according to the safety judgment result, and completing the scheduling of the task; and repeating the above steps to complete the scheduling of the complex rail transmission system. According to the method, the system safety state is judged according to the property and the capacity of the chain, so that the scheduling optimal solution planned by the system is obtained, the deadlock problem in the complex rail transmissionsystem is more efficientl
