The embodiment of the invention provides an optimization method and system for the driving capacity of a variable pitch system of a wind turbine generator and a computer readable storage medium. The optimization method for the driving capacity of the wind turbine generator variable-pitch system comprises the steps of performing simulation and driving capacity type selection calculation on loads ofthe wind turbine generator variable-pitch system; acquiring actual operation data of a wind field of the variable pitch system; comparing the load simulation and driving capability type selection calculation result of the variable pitch system with the actual operation data of the wind field of the variable pitch system; and optimizing at least one of a load simulation method of the variable pitch system and a driving capacity type selection calculation method of the variable pitch system based on the comparison result to optimize the driving capacity of the variable pitch system, so that theproper driving capacity o
