The system comprises a water temperature control box, a radiator arranged in the water temperature control box, a water return pipeline connected with the water temperature control box, an electromagnetic valve for controlling a water temperature, and a controller. A water return pump is arranged in the water return pipeline; a radiator water replenishing port and a radiator degassing pipe are arranged in the water temperature control box, the expansion water tank is connected with theradiator water replenishing port through a water replenishing pipe, and the expansion water tank is connected with the radiator degassing pipe; and a water outlet of the water temperature control boxis located above the radiator, and the radiator is a heat exchanger.
