The invention discloses a positioning grouting reinforcement method for underground water seepage failure treatment of foundation pit engineering. The method is divided into two different degrees of conditions that under the condition that the seepage failure range is small, a drainage grouting guide pipe is obliquely drilled to be inserted into or obliquely jacked into a seepage failure area fortreatment; and under the condition that the seepage failure range is large, a dewatering and drainage positioning grouting guide pipe is vertically drilled to be inserted into or jacked into the seepage failure area for rapid treatment firstly, and then the drainage grouting guide pipe is obliquely drilled to be inserted into or obliquely jacked into the seepage failure area for consolidation andreinforcement treatment. According to the method, groundwater seepage failure in foundation pit engineering is treated according to conditions, efficient treatment is achieved, the construction cost is reduced, and the constru
