The method comprises the following steps of preparing a calcium alginate/nano silver chloride sol spinning solution from a marine resource sodium alginate as a raw material through an in-situ process, controlling the growth of silver chloride crystal nucleus under the assistance of polyvinylpyrrolidone K90 with the average molecular weight of more than or equal to 120,000, performing spinning in a zinc and calcium non-chloride coagulating bath by using wet spinning equipment to obtain fibers, and ensuring that silver chloride is in a nanoscale size in the fiber preparation process, so as to obtain the nano silver chloride high-flame-retardant and strongly antibacterial marine fibers.
