Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a novel coronavirus egg antibody SARSCoV2IgY preparation as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of injecting S protein (spike protein) of a new coronavirus (SARSCoV2) into the body of a female poultry by adding an incomplete Freund's adjuvant, and extracting and purifying from eggs laid by the poultry toobtain an egg antibody (SARSCoV2IgY) capable of combining with the new coronavirus S protein; and performing membrane filtration, sterilization, freezing or spray drying on the antibody protein to prepare a spray or an oral preparation (formed by oral liquid, tablets, capsules and the like), or adding the spray or the oral preparation into milk, soymilk and other beverages to serve as functionalfood for enhancing immunity.
