The invention relates to an aero-engine nut tightening device and method. The device comprises a screwing part (1) which comprises a screwing head (11), wherein a second clamping part (111) is arranged on the outer side wall of the end part of the screwing head (11), and the second clamping part (111) is matched with a first clamping part (51), so that the screwing head (11) extends into an innerhole of a nut (50) to screw; a supporting part (3) fixed on a casing of an engine; an anti-torsion component (2) for being fixed to the rotating shaft assembly, wherein the anti-torsion component (2)is fixed to the supporting component (3); a rotation driving part (5) for driving the screwing part (1) to rotate; and a linear driving part (7) for driving the screwing part (1) and the rotary driving part (5) to integrally move along the axial direction, wherein the screwing head (11) extends into or is separated from an inner hole of the nut (50).
