The low-superheat-degree casting process for the deformed steel bars comprises the following steps that a, a molten steel ladle is baked before the molten steel ladle is put on line, so that the temperature of a shell of the molten steel ladle is higher than or equal to 230 DEG C, and the temperature of a working layer in the ladle is higher than or equal to 1100 DEG C; and b, LF refining of qualified molten steel adopts whole-process protection and continuous casting, a composite heat preservation agent formolten steel and carbonized rice husks need to be added in the casting process, a tundish is baked with coal gas, the coal gas combustion value is larger than or equal to 6000 kj/M , the baking time is longer than or equal to 150 min, and the tundish baking temperature is larger than or equal to 1000 DEG C. According to the low-superheat-degree casting process for the deformed steel bars, the problem of high refractory m
