Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to the technical field of grain processing, particularly to a processing method of germ-remaining millet. The processing method of germ-remaining millet comprises the following steps: low-temperature dehydration, hulling, grinding and peeling, roller screening and fine selection, and hot baking and packaging, wherein, an adopted containing tank comprises a tank body and an air duct tank; due to the fact that original millet grains are doped with micro impurities which are transferred and attached to the grains, fine impurities which are difficult to clean are generated in a rice huller, germs with high nutritional ingredients in the millet grains are prone to damage, and processing quality of the final millet is weakened; and therefore, by arranging a gradientchange of temperatures and humidity in a millet grain processing process and in husking and peeling procedures of the millet grains, the processing method protects nutritional ingredients of germs, also uses food viscose glu |
