The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out surface treatment on beta tricalcium phosphate powder by using a silane coupling agent, mixing the beta tricalcium phosphate powder with photosensitive resin to prepare composite ink, carrying out photocuring 3D printing, and sintering to obtain the porous scaffold for bone tissue repair. The preparation method of the porous scaffold has the advantages of simplicity, short forming time and the like, and the scaffold with high pore connectivity and controllable shape and size can be conveniently obtained through structural design, so that the scaffold can be widely applied to the field of biomedicine.
