The invention relates to a full-synchronous bracket which comprises a bracket body with an arch wire groove, the arch wire groove is transversely formed in the middle of the bracket body, and an uppertongue-shaped wing and a lower tongue-shaped wing are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the arch wire groove respectively; the two sides of the upper portion of the upper tongue-shapedwing are arc-shaped, and the two sides of the lower portion of the lower tongue-shaped wing are also arc-shaped.
