Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of peanut breeding, and provides a screening method of deep-sowing-resistant peanut germplasm. The method comprises the following steps of (1) seed treatment: selecting plump and uniform peanut seeds with the uniform size, and performing disinfection and germination acceleration for use; (2) indoor sowing experiment: performing an experiment in an illumination incubator, placing the peanut seeds in a culture vessel for germination, and controlling the water height in the culture vessel to be 60 percent to 70 percent of the seed height; (3) outdoor sowing experiment: sowing the peanuts according to the sowing depths of 3 cm, 5 cm and 7 cm; (4) index determination; (5) data analysis; and (6) screening.
