According to the device, servo loading control is adopted for axial loading, the temperature is controlled by adopting a constant-temperature water bath, the confining pressure is controlled through a confining pressure tracking pump, and pore water pressure is applied to a test piece; and a plurality of uniformly distributed displacement sensors are adopted to indirectly measure theradial strain of the test piece by measuring the radial deformation of a plurality of points on the circumference of the test piece.
